L’atelierme reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered on its website without prior notice. Products are billed according to the prices displayed on the website at the time the order is placed, subject to the availability of the products ordered at that time.
Price reductions are calculated relative to reference prices, generally those applied outside the discount period for regular customers.
ARTICLE 4: Billing
All purchases of goods will be subject to an invoice issued upon completion of the sale, in accordance with Article L.441-3 of the French Commercial Code.
The invoice issued will include all products supplied.

L’atelierme reserves ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price in capital and interest in accordance with Law No. 80,355 of 12/05/1980.
In the event of non-payment of the price by the agreed due date, L’atelierme may recover the goods, the sale will be automatically cancelled if L’atelierme so wishes, and any deposits already paid will remain ours in exchange for the enjoyment of the goods, which the customer will have benefited from.
Transfer of Risk: The merchandise will remain the property of L’atelierme until full payment has been made. Furthermore, you assume all risks (particularly loss, theft, or damage) relating to the delivered products from the moment they are delivered to the address indicated when placing the order.
ARTICLE 7: Delivery
7.1: Delivery area
Products purchased on the L’atelierme website can be delivered in France and abroad.
7.2: Delivery conditions
When placing an order, the customer is invited to select from the delivery options offered by L’atelierme. The products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process. The carrier may contact the customer to arrange a delivery date and/or schedule an appointment.
In the event of an error in the delivery information provided by the customer, L’atelierme cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the ordered products. L’atelierme will send the customer confirmation of order shipment by email, allowing for tracking of the delivery. Delivery will be deemed complete when the customer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier proposed by L’atelierme, takes physical possession of the product.
7.3: Shipping costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the destination and the delivery method chosen by the customer. They are expressed in euros, including all taxes (including VAT), and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges may vary depending on the weight, volume, nature of the products, as well as the carrier, delivery method, and delivery location. Customers are informed of shipping costs when placing their order.
For customers located outside the European Union, customs charges may apply in accordance with current legislation. Customs taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the amount with their local customs office.
7.4: Delivery times
Delivery times are provided for informational and indicative purposes only and depend primarily on the availability of goods and the order in which orders are received.
Delivery times generally vary from 2 to 5 business days for mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco, and 5 to 12 days for other destinations. Please note that delivery of multiple products in a single order may be split, and the customer will be notified by email.
Delivery times may be extended due to the customs clearance process.
Delays in delivery cannot give rise to any penalties or compensation, nor can they justify the cancellation of the order.
However, if the goods have not been delivered one month after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may be terminated by right at the request of either party, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer may then obtain a refund of their deposit, excluding any other compensation or damages.
In any case, on-time delivery can only take place if the customer is up to date with their obligations to L’atelierme, regardless of the cause, and the customer cannot claim any compensation.
For any questions, please contact our Customer Service by sending us an email to cliente@latelierme.com.
7.5: Risks
The transfer of risk for goods sold by L’atelierme occurs upon delivery of the goods to the carrier or upon departure from our facilities.
Consequently, the goods travel at the expense and risk of the buyer, who is responsible, in the event of damage, loss or shortage, to make any reservation or exercise any recourse against the responsible carriers, in accordance with Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code (Note: not applicable to international transport).
7.6: Claims after receipt
Claims regarding non-conformity of delivered merchandise with that ordered must be made by certified letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Any visible anomaly related to an order, such as an incorrect number of units or damaged packaging, must be clearly noted by the customer on the carrier’s delivery note, in the carrier’s presence. The customer must immediately inform L’atelierme of this anomaly, providing any relevant evidence, such as photographs or a detailed description of the anomaly. A visible anomaly is defined as an anomaly that should normally have been noticed by an attentive and informed consumer. In the absence of any notification, the products will be considered delivered without any visible anomaly. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to protect their rights against the carrier in accordance with Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code by confirming the anomaly to the carrier in a reasoned manner by sending a registered letter within three business days of receiving the products, excluding holidays.
If the purchased products do not conform or meet your expectations, you have the option to return them and request a refund in accordance with the conditions detailed in Article 8 regarding the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 8: Right and period of withdrawal
8.1: Deadlines and methods of withdrawal
You have a legal right of withdrawal, which you may exercise in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 121-21, L. 121-21-1, and L. 121-21-2 of the Consumer Code, if you meet the conditions set out in these articles. You may exercise this right without providing any justification and without incurring any penalties.
L’atelierme’s general return policy allows you to withdraw from your order within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the products, without giving a reason and without incurring any penalty. After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. The date of the postmark or receipt of availability marks the beginning of this period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration to the following address: L’atelierme, 24 rue du Groupe Manouchian, 75020 Paris, France, or by email to customer@latelierme.com .
8.2: Effects of withdrawal

In the event of a return of part of the order, L’atelierme will refund the shipping costs proportionally to the number of items returned, except in the case of flat-rate shipping costs.
The refund will be issued by L’atelierme using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method of refund. In any case, this refund will not incur any costs for the customer.
L’atelierme reserves the right to postpone the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the customer provides proof of shipment, the date being deemed the earlier of these events.
8.3: Return procedure
When exercising the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition, new, unused, and unwashed.
Returning a product for a refund is at your own risk, regardless of whether it was delivered in metropolitan France or abroad.
To initiate a return, please email customer@latelierme.com describing the reasons for your return request.
Incomplete, damaged, used, or soiled returned products will not be refunded.
8.4: Refund
In the event of a return request, this must be processed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from receipt of the returned product(s) by L’atelierme. Once the products have been received, inspected, and accepted by our services, the refund, excluding the shipping costs of the initial order, will be made using the same payment method used to place the order.
However, please note that your bank may need additional time to process the refund.

The workshop may replace the non-compliant product. If a replacement is not possible within one (1) month of the claim, or if you request it with due justification, you may request a refund of the product price.
This warranty will only apply if you request it within two years of delivery of the goods. Any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within twenty-four (24) months of delivery will be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.

This warranty will only apply if you make the claim within two (2) years of the discovery of the defect.
In the event of a hidden defect, you have the option to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price and costs incurred, or to keep the product and receive a partial refund. In either case, it will be your responsibility to demonstrate that it meets the warranty conditions.
